This gently sparkling elixir is fresh, dry, wild and bold! The pears offer a good dose of drying tannins, astringency and crispy acidity; the apples bring in a rounded richness and full mouthfeel. Try with a mild blue or alpine cheese.

75% Yellow Huffcap perry pears, 25% Golden Russet apples; non-certified organically grown from Harmony Orchards in Tieton, WA
