Vessel: Apples - Heavyweight Polyethylene, Pears/Quince – Glass Demijohn
Additives: 50 ppm S02 added to just the pears at pressing (Unfined, Unfiltered)
Carbonation: Perlant (slightly sparkling) via Ancestral Method
